At Om Diamond, your satisfaction is as valuable as our diamonds.

We believe in offering you a seamless, worry-free return experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. However, refund requests must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

If more than 21 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@omdiamond.in within 21 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• It should include the original packaging, certificates, and invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom-made orders
• Engraved jewelry
• Personalized pieces

These items are specially crafted on order and made exclusively for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Recheck your bank account or card statement.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank for any internal processing delays.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@omdiamond.in and we’ll guide you through the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Please contact us at info@omdiamond.in before returning any jewelry or loose diamonds to receive the proper return address.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items over $200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
